Projects

The NDLS Global Human Rights Clinic’s Spring 2024 projects include, among others, the representation of specific inter-State claims at the International Court of Justice and international arbitration at the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague, individual and group claims before UN human rights treaty bodies, expert roles in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, collaborative assistance at the International Criminal Court, and continuing projects with the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and assistance with the mandates of various UN Special Procedures. We are currently in ongoing discussions with many of our NDLS HR LLM alumni as we expand our portfolio of NDLS GHRC Projects to support their work around the world.
